Practice Details

My practice is located at Azalea Cottage in Penrith, Tuesdays through Saturdays.

What? & Who?

I work with a variety of issues adapting the techniques I have to suit each individual. I have seen children as young as ten and adults in their seventies.

How?

Each person has their own pace and their own way of working. I believe that people are unique and that they have within them or will find what they need, to complete their inner journey. I feel privileged to have people share their journey with me.
